Pad Work Timer
Pad and mitt rounds run two to three minutes with a minute between, so a pair can hold and work without anyone counting. Two minutes is common for beginners and for high-output combination work.
Live, and already set to 3:00 rounds with 1:00 between. It is free, it needs no account, and once the page has loaded it keeps running with the wifi off. Open it full screen →

Questions
How long should a pad round be?
Two to three minutes. Three matches the fight round; two suits beginners and heavy combination work.
Should the holder and worker swap every round?
Most coaches swap on the rest, which is why the rest is a full minute rather than thirty seconds.
Can the whole class see one screen?
Yes. One screen on the wall runs the room, which is the point.
Ask your coach to put this on the gym TV. It is free, it works on anything with a browser, and it runs on its own once it is up.
Gyms that want their own name, logo and colors on it instead of ours pay $20 once. No subscription, no per-screen fee. How that works →
